A summary
Join us for a Community Beach Day on Friday 25th July. A wide range of activities will be available, offering something for everyone to enjoy. Children can explore a dedicated sand play area, while donkey rides provide a memorable traditional experience for younger attendees. Those looking for adventure can take on the mobile climbing wall or join skateboarding lessons led by experienced instructors. For those who prefer creative activities, arts and crafts sessions offer the chance to make something special to take home, and face painting will add colour and excitement to the day. A free packed lunch* will be provided on a first come first serve basis. Best of all, this Community Beach Day is completely free, making it accessible to all. Please note: if your child is not yet of school age, they are welcome to attend this activity, but you do not need to make a booking for them.

Through Area Committees, we aim to improve quality of life by listening to residents, supporting effective local services, and helping to create safe, healthy, green, and sustainable communities for everyone.
What to bring
Please remember to bring suncream, hats, a picnic blanket, and plenty to drink. A limited number of free packed lunches will be available for children on a first-come, first-served basis, so you may wish to bring your own picnic or snacks to ensure you have everything you need for the day.
