Time of Session: TBC Day of Session: TBC Venue: Defiant Sports Inclusion Hub, Archery Recreation Ground, Willoughby Cres, Eastbourne, BN22 8RA Cost of Session: £4.00 Description of what to expect at the Session: A weekly youth gym and circuits sessions that'll use our exercise machines and equipment to stay fit and healthy whilst having a great time! Please note, this session will not start unless we have at least 10 people who have registered their interest above. We are always open to user suggestions and depending on the clients at a session the general flow may change slightly to be more beneficial for those who have attended. If there is a drill or skill you are not wanting to take part in, players are welcome to use any of the equipment in our community area, as long as it does not require staff supervision.
