Cancellation Policy
Prepaid bookings that are cancelled more than 7 days prior to a child's first day of attendance of a given club or camp are eligible for a full refund, minus a booking and administration fee of £10.
Prepaid bookings that are cancelled before the first session and with less than 7 days notice are not eligible for a refund as this would not provide sufficient time to reallocate the space. Credit may be offered at the discretion of the Company.
For the same reason, bookings cancelled mid-way through the term will not be eligible for a refund nor credit.
The Company reserves the right to cancel sessions in advance due to low registration numbers, adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur we will offer alternative arrangements that might include an alternative activity, date or venue. Should these alternative arrangements not be possible a full refund will be given.
Sessions which are unable to take place due to circumstances out of the Company's control, including but not limited to, temporary closure of schools or facilities, industrial strike action etc are not eligible for refund.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
