What to Bring / What to Expect
Children should come ready for an active day of fun! Please send them in comfortable sports clothing and trainers suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities. As we’ll be moving between spaces and playing a range of sports, waterproof jackets and layers are ideal to help them stay warm. Lunch, snacks and a bottle of water will be provided. Children can bring their own refillable water bottle that can be refilled throughout the day. We’ll have plenty of breaks to rest, rehydrate, and refuel. All activities are led by our qualified, DBS-checked coaches in a safe and inclusive environment. Each day includes a variety of sports, challenges, and games, with opportunities for prizes and certificates for great effort and teamwork. Our aim is for every child to leave with a big smile, new friends, and great memories from 5 days of fun! If you have any questions about the day or your child’s needs, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’re always happy to help.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.If you need to cancel or your child cannot attend, please contact us and cancel your booking on EEQU as soon as possible so the space can be offered to another family. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage places fairly for all families. We aim to create a fun, safe and positive environment where every child can enjoy taking part. We expect all children to show kindness, respect and teamwork towards others. Our coaches will always use encouragement and positive reinforcement first, but if behaviour becomes unsafe or repeatedly disruptive, we may contact parents or carers to discuss next steps. We want every child to feel valued and supported — our goal is for everyone to leave with a smile and great memories.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
