What we'll do
Keeping Fit in Body, Mind and Spirit is a holiday club for children aged 5 to 11, run in partnership with Medway Go! This year, your child will have the chance to enjoy a structured and engaging programme designed to keep them active and energised. Through a blend of enrichment, crafts, and sports, our club encourages children to stay fit—physically, mentally, and emotionally. As in previous years, our aim is to strengthen body, mind and soul through team games, exciting challenges, healthy cooking and eating, and inspiring activities. We can't wait to welcome you!
