When you arrive
You will come and sign in with our friendly staff at the counter. Once all of the group is here we will talk about racing driver nutrition and fitness before we then kit you up in all your racing equipment including race suit, gloves, balaclava, helmet and neck brace. You will then receive a short safety briefing by the team. After this you will be allocated to a kart and be fitted and do a brake test before going out and enjoying 30 mins worth of karting with the others in your group. After your race you will get changed, be able to see your results and get a packed lunch provided including a sandwich, crisps, cereal bar, fruit and bottle of water. Sessions may be made up of large groups of 30 people and split so that 1 groups races first whilst other group watches and then swap over depending on how the day is run. Before attending all young people need to have been registered online and have watched the safety briefing with their parents or guardian https://www.hulladventure.co.uk/briefing-registration All young people under 16 need an adult on site with them at all times during the activities. Due to the nature of the site, other customers might be leaving or arriving for other onsite activities whilst you are visiting us.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.If it's a paid place as doesn't qualify for HAF funding, then it's our normal 7 days notice required for cancellation - otherwise there is no refund.
