Our curriculum
Balance, breathe, and bend with Karma Kids Yoga! These playful yoga sessions are specially designed for children aged 5–11, blending gentle movement with imaginative storytelling, calming music, and mindfulness exercises. Children stretch, pose, and move through yoga adventures that help improve flexibility, coordination, and self-awareness. Each session introduces simple breathing techniques and fun poses like tree, cat, and even superhero, supporting emotional regulation and boosting concentration. Led by experienced and child-friendly instructors, Karma Kids Yoga promotes both inner calm and outer energy – helping little ones feel more balanced and in tune with themselves. Perfect for winding down after a busy morning or starting the day with a positive mindset.
