What we'll do
The range of activities within the programme will focus on developing and improving the movement skills, muscular fitness and bone strength of every participant - ensuring individual development within the collective environment. This will be achieved through games that encourage running, jumping, change of direction, reactive movements, hand-eye, and foot-eye co-ordination, along with balance and agility exercises, taking place in a safe psychological space enabling fun team building to enhance confidence and self-esteem.
