What we'll do

Our HAF sessions are suitable for 7-16yr olds, running from 10am-2pm at our indoor park in Wootton. Lots of skateboarding fun, suitable for complete beginners to learn all the basics, as well as opportunity for those with some skate experience to progress their skills. We will also have time for a varity of other creative activities from badge making to collages, Tech Deck to puzzles, and more! Everyone who books in will also be entered into a raffle to WIN a deck, designed by the group. All Equipment Included Lunch and Snacks Provided

NON PROFIT SKATEBOARD CLUB FOR ALL ABILITIES

JC SKATE CLUB is run by veteran professional skateboarder John Cattle and his team. John has been skateboarding for 40 years, and officially started the skateboard company, Wight Trash in 2004. John began developing skate lessons for children 15 years ago. We are now one of the biggest skateclubs in the UK, teaching over 300 people every week, from toddlers to adults, from complete beginners, to accomplished skaters. Our main sessions are held in our purpose built training park in Wootton, with all equipment provided.

Learning aims

Aim 1

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to skate in a safe and fun environment. From the very basics to more complex tricks and skate skills.

Aim 2

Sessions are flexible, allowing attendees choice in activities, so for those who do not want to skate the whole time, there is a number of other activities to choose from.
