A summary
This session is funded as part of Milton Keynes City Council Holiday Activities and Food Programme to deliver sessions for school aged children in receipt of benefit-related Free School Meals (FSM), during the Summer school holidays in 2026. Please cancel places if not able to attend. This enables another eligible child to take up the opportunity. A family fun day out to Hunstanton seaside for Residents of the Lakes Estate ✅Departing, bright and early from outside Sir Herbert Leon, We will meet at 7.15am to depart promptly for 7.30am. ✅Coming back we will leave Hunstanton at 5pm and should be back home for around 7.30pm. All children will be provided with a packed lunch, Adults will be required to make their own arrangements for lunch. ✅Children will be given an activity pack for the coach journey to Hunstanton. Please read the code of conduct before booking. ✅Please ensure you have sun cream and appropriate beach wear with you. You may also want to bring a change of clothing for any children in your party. please can you ensure when placing a booking that you include everyone in your party only 1 adult per a family ,this enables more families to attend . *please note as this is a lakes estate community group priority will be given to lakes estate residents, water Eaton & hunters drive Where bookings are not attended and we are not able to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel any remaining bookings you may have to ensure families are able to actually attend places

Lakes Estate fun in the community group
Lakes estate renewal forum is a local community group based on the Lakes Estate. The group was set up to engage with families and provide community events and fun activities and support the regeneration of the estate.
CODE OF CODUCT
Our aim is for our is for our residents to feel welcome, safe, heard, valued and secure, therefore we would ask you to show respect for: ✅Your children are your responsibility in sessions and whilst out in the community locations and we strongly encourage you to play with them to support their learning and encourage their participation. Please do not smack or swear and use positive praise to develop their self-esteem ✅We ask all residents to refrain from using swear words and physical punishment of any sort. ✅You will not be able to attend sessions if you are under the influence of alcohol or other substance, but the team are there to support you in other ways. ✅Please show kindness and tolerance to all and please do not discriminate and treat others how you would like to be treated. ✅The team are there to support you and your children to get the best from sessions. Please always treat them with respect. We will not accept abuse or threatening behaviour. ✅Please help to keep the facilities tidy by clearing up rubbish before you leave, even if it is before the end of a activity . We want all residents to enjoy their local facilities and to ensure the Code of Conduct is followed in full we may ask any residents/families breaking the Code of Conduct to leave the session or Activity on a temporary or permanent basis. If you would like further clarification, please do not hesitate to discuss further with your Lerf team.
