A summary
This Holiday Provision session will offer a balanced and exciting programme of physical activity and creative fun. Young people will take part in boxercise, learning basic boxing-inspired fitness techniques in a safe, non-contact environment. This activity promotes cardiovascular fitness, coordination, discipline, and confidence while encouraging healthy lifestyle choices. Participants will also enjoy a supervised trip to the swimming pool, providing opportunities to develop water confidence and enhance overall physical wellbeing. The pool session supports teamwork, resilience, and personal achievement in a safe and structured setting. Alongside the physical activities, the session will include Easter-themed arts and crafts. Young people will have the chance to create seasonal items, encouraging creativity, fine motor skill development, and self-expression while celebrating the Easter period in an inclusive way.
