Our SEN Wellness Day – Easter Special is a calm, joyful celebration created especially for children with additional needs, while warmly welcoming all families to join and enjoy the day together. It’s designed to feel safe, unrushed, and inclusive — a refreshing alternative to busy, overwhelming Easter events. Here, children don’t have to fit in. They belong. What Makes This Day Feel Different? From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the difference: ✨ A calm, sensory-aware environment ✨ Activities that are optional and child-led ✨ Understanding staff who see behaviour as communication ✨ Freedom for children to join in, step back, or take breaks ✨ A welcoming atmosphere for siblings and the whole family There’s no pressure, no judgement, and no expectations — just space to enjoy Easter in a way that works for your family. Easter Fun at Your Child’s Pace Families are free to move around and choose what feels right in the moment, including: Sensory-friendly calm and chill-out areas Soft-play Easter egg hunts and exploration Creative crafts and hands-on spring activities Movement and yoga for fun and regulation Games and challenges for older children and teens Optional face painting and glitter tattoos Even watching, resting, or dipping in for a short time is perfectly okay — every experience is valued. A Day That Supports Parents Too We know how tiring family events can be, especially during the holidays. This day is for you too. A journey starts with one single step

Changing The Future was founded as a response to the real life lived experiences of the founder and managing director. The company is based upon supporting young people through their journey; raising aspirations and specialising in services for individuals who have experienced difficulties or trauma within their life. By offering specialist training to professionals members of the community offering alternative perspectives through the eyes of our youth mentors. Changing The Future offers a safe place; early help support and advocacy for individuals to be able to develop the mechanisms and skills needed in order to overcome personal difficulties and barriers.
