What inspires me

As our club has been delivering the HAF sessions for 4 years we have developed the sports and cookery sessions and learning about healthy food. The children design their cooking plans and enjoy taking the meals home to share with parents. We are so proud of the provision and the following areas as the children have use of the school field, playground, adventure playground and 2 rooms and a school hall. The children love and enjoy group games in the hall and fun and exercise on the bouncy castle. Over the time we have delivered the club we know what works well and the children plan their activities in the areas of art & crafts, cooking, physical games and trips it is lovely to see the children building new relationships as they meet new friends.

About your mentor

Holy Family Larks & Owls Club Ltd

Be happy, active and have lots of fun.

We are a well established club and offer a range of activities including art/crafts, a daily sports sessions, inflatable fun and cooking. Our club has two room a hall , playground and large field for children to select the activities for themselves. The children have a hot healthy lunch provided and cook meals to take home. Children range from 5 to 11 years and come from the school and across the city. We will make contact with you by email if your child has not previously attended our club before we approve the booking.

When you arrive

On arrival you can choose a breakfast snack during registration and then choose from a range of activities and games to move around during the day. There is a daily 1 hour sports session every morning consisting of football skills, rounders, Dodge ball and multi skills. cooking and inflatable fun and lots of art & craft activities.

Aim 1

To learn and develop new skills in the daily sports sessions.

Aim 2

Learn new experiences in our cooking sessions and develop skills in making healthy meals.

Aim 3

All of the children build new friendships and help each other in all of the activities on offer.
