Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than one week before the start to receive a full refund. For places funded through the Holiday Activity and Food Programme, we ask that you cancel your child's place a week or more in advance. This allows us to allocate that space to another personon our waiting list.
Furthermore, those who regulalry cancel with less notice than this may risk their future palces in our provision and we reserve the right to cancel bookings for this reason. This will always be done after discussion with the person booking to ensure fairness.
For places that are paid for we will refund palces if they are cancelled a week or more in advance fo teh booking> This allows us to fill the space from someone on our waiting list. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
