A summary
Our Stay and Play Outdoor Adventure sessions are inclusive half day family activity sessions for families with children with Additional Needs and Disabilities (AND). These sessions are available for a family unit of 4 people in total including the child with AND. You will participate as a family group together with 2 or 3 other families. The outdoor activities you participate on will be agreed at the beginning of the session when we have a better idea of the additional needs of the group and what kind of activities you might want to participate in. However, popular activities are: archery, orienteering, woodland craft and cooking, rock climbing and low ropes course.

Surrey Outdoor Learning & Development (SOLD) is Surrey County Council's Outdoor Learning Service. We deliver a wide range of outdoor learning experiences and programmes across our three outdoor learning centres and Canal Boat. Our expertise is in delivering high quality learning experiences in the natural environment using a variety of engaging and inclusive outdoor activities. Our aim is to develop personal and social skills and to improve physical and emotional well being.
