A summary
Play is essential to development, contributing to the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being of children. Play offers an ideal opportunity for parents to engage fully with their children. Despite the benefits derived from play for both children and parents, time for free play has been markedly reduced for some children. We aim to address reduced play promoting enriching, easily replicated activities, with a seasonal theme. A warm and nurturing space to connect and create. Feel free to bring drinks and snacks, but no nuts please. This session is being held at our Community Learning Centre on Bexhill Road. A bit about us: EFT is a charity helping local families, children and individuals, through keyworkers working locally in schools and providing alternative and outdoor education with sports, wellbeing, forest schools and conservation.
