What we'll do
At Sean Bailey Wellness CIC, we understand that school breaks can be challenging for young people and families, with a lack of structured activities, reduced opportunities for social interaction, and potential declines in physical and mental wellbeing. Our Half-Term Health & Wellbeing Programmes are designed to keep young people engaged, active, and supported through a range of inclusive, fun, and impactful activities. Our half-term programmes run across multiple locations, offering a variety of wellbeing-focused sessions, ensuring every child and young person has access to activities that support their physical and mental health.

About your mentors
Sean Bailey Wellness CIC
To improve the health and wellbeing of all
At Sean Bailey Wellness we empower young people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing through structured exercise, sleep support, mentoring, and mental health education. Our work spans Wirral, Chester, Runcorn, Widnes, Newton-le-Willows, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Bolton, and Leigh, delivering up to 180 hours of youth activity per week. Founded in 2020, our organisation was built on lived experience of recovery, making our approach relatable, impactful, and inspiring. We engage service users in a way that is authentic and empowering, equipping them with resilience, confidence, and healthier habits.
