A summary
As part of our holistic offer, and to compliment our mental health support, we’re now offering summer fitness, wellbeing and therapeutic activities during the school holidays. All our activities help promote social engagement, improve self-esteem, develop resilience and boost overall wellbeing. Numbers are small so that young people feel comfortable in attending and are not overwhelmed. All sessions are free of charge and include free lunch and snacks. Please note, registration for activities does not guarantee a place.

hatch is service for young people aged 8-16yrs, delivered by Utopia Project. At hatch we want young people and parents to feel comfortable in accessing support for their mental health and emotional wellbeing and we pride ourselves on our informal and accessible approach. We provide a range of services to improve your mental health and emotional wellbeing, in a relatable and non-clinical way. These include; - 1-1 mental health & wellbeing support via our three tailored interventions - hatch youth club - Half-term activity days - Summer camps - Fitness and wellbeing sessions
