Hastings Kickboxing Academy
A summary
During the course of the week we will learn the basics of Kickboxing, learning technique whilst playing Kickboxing based games. We will also play lots of physical team games, such as football, circuits, tag, ball games and team games. We have our own Nerf and Laser wars equipment with large inflatable bunkers. We also have a room where arts and crafts are available throughout the day alongside board games and puzzles so the children can come and have some quiet time with less physical activities.
We do some cooking throughout the week, whilst learning about healthy lifestyles.

Fully funded places are available for young people eligible for targeted benefits-related free school meals. Additionally young people in several other target cohorts can attend funded places, such as those with SEND or Looked After Children (LAC).
