A summary
Right here in Hardwick. Free for eligible children. Something brilliant happening every single day. Live It & Get Active CIC's Summer holiday club is back at Hardwick Community Centre, running Monday to Thursday, 11am–3pm across the Summer holidays. Children aged 5–11 can access activities, a hot nutritious meal, and the kind of fun that makes the Summer holidays something to look forward to. No kit needed. No fuss. Just turn up and have a great time. ✔ Free for children on benefit-related free school meals ✔ Hot meal, fruit and drinks included every day ✔ Sports, dance, gymnastics, boxercise and football skills ✔ Wildlife workshops, arts and crafts, and Lego activities ✔ Bouncy castles, inflatables, games and daily prizes ✔ Book any single day — no full week commitment needed ✔ Ages 5–11, all abilities welcome ✔ DBS-checked, qualified staff every session Every day brings something different. Children might be learning football skills in the morning, STEM, crafts or workshops in the afternoon, and taking home something they baked or made themselves. The programme is designed so that every child — whatever their interests, whatever their ability — finds something they love. Children are grouped by age so everyone feels confident, included, and appropriately challenged. Our team is experienced, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure every child goes home happy — and wants to come back tomorrow. Spaces are limited to 25 children per day. Book early to avoid missing out.

Sports Coach
I have always had a passion for sport, I ran competitively in the 400m, aswell as many other athletic events for a decade of my life. I enjoy playing netball and participating regularly in fitness classes and attending the gym. I enjoy coaching and encouraging children to take part in sport, as well teaching them new skills because these are positive traits they can take across all areas of their life.
Daisy
Sports coach
I have had a passion for sport since I was little, especially running. I started competing in athletics from the age of 9 and still regularly compete. I am currently studying sports and exercise science at university, with the aspiration of becoming a PE Teacher. Within my time off from university, I work as a sports coach helping in after school clubs and summers camps.
