A summary
Join us for an action-packed 1-day workshop designed to ignite creativity, boost confidence, and challenge both the body and mind!** This high-energy experience is perfect for young people who are eager to move, explore, and express themselves through dynamic physical activity. Throughout the day, participants will take part in a variety of engaging games, creative tasks, and parkour-based movement challenges led by experienced Ascension Coaches. These activities are not only fun and interactive but are also designed to improve focus, coordination, and problem-solving skills in an encouraging and inclusive environment. Young people will learn a range of foundational parkour techniques and movement patterns, which they’ll then have the chance to build on by creating their own movement sequences, known as ‘lines.’ With a focus on exploration and personal expression, participants will be encouraged to take creative risks, experiment with movement, and develop their own unique style—all while being supported by our skilled team. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, this workshop offers something for everyone. It’s a chance to push boundaries, discover new ways to move, and connect with others in a shared space of movement and creativity. Expect a day filled with fun, laughter, challenge, and the freedom to express yourself through physical movement. Come ready to sweat, think, and most importantly—enjoy every moment!
