HAF conditions
A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council:
• Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF-funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals.
• Limits on bookings – Over Summer, EEQU will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back onto an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally, giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into EEQU and reviewing their Schedule.

About your mentor
Sussex Kids Hub
Sussex Kids Hub
Sussex Kids Hub activities are led by a team of qualified teachers and teaching assistants who have escaped the classroom for a summer of fun! As parents ourselves, we wanted to create a fun nurturing holiday space where primary children can try out new skills, make new friendships and challenge themselves in a safe environment. Our camp capacity at each site is a maximum of 30 children, meaning that we offer great staff ratios and an inclusive environment. Join us for a full range of activities all year-round. Our approach is simple: a child-led, fun-filled holiday club! We believe the best play happens when children lead, so we provide the space, support, and inspiration for them to explore, create, and have fun their way. We can't wait to see you! Michelle & Izzy

Cancellation policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
