Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Block bookings - No refunds are given if you're unable to make a session within the block. Exception to this is only in the event of the session being cancelled by the mentor due to bad weather or illness. In this case the option will be given to transfer to another date or receive a full refund for that session.
Single/Taster sessions/Woodland Play Days - No refunds given if cancelled within 48hours of the session date. Sessions cannot be rescheduled if within 48 hours of session date. Exception to this is only in the event of the session being cancelled by the mentor due to bad weather or illness. In this case the option will be given to transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
Birthday Parties - See separate Terms and Conditions when booking a party.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
