Delivered by Active Tameside and based at Manor Green Primary School. The camp offers themed multisport sessions including target games, team games, invasion games, swim days, creative activities, and inflatable fun days. Each day includes structured activities and a hot, healthy meal in a safe and welcoming environment.

I enjoy working closely with local primary schools providing high quality PE & School Sport and providing pathways for children to take part in sport. Hobbies include long distance running for East Cheshire Harriers and season ticket holder at Manchester United!

Who is entitled to attend the provision? Children between the age of 5-13 in receipt of benefit related free school meals, that live and attend Tameside schools can apply for a free place. We also offer places for just £12 CAMP ONLY and £16 CAMP PLUS FOOD available to everyone! If you have booked CAMP ONLY please ensure your child arrives with their own lunch - We kindly request all pack lunches do not include any products containing nuts. What time do the camps run? Active Tameside camps will run from 9:00am - 1:00pm. External providers will need to be contacted individually as they have separate running times. What activities will the children engage in? All children will engage in a range of activities including multi sports, arts and crafts, and health and wellbeing sessions. Will lunch be provided? All children will receive a healthy lunch that meets the requirements of the children's NHS nutrition team. Lunch options will be: A grab a bag: ham, cheese or tuna sandwich (including a piece of fruit, packet of crisp and a cake) Out of consideration for any children with nut allergies, we kindly we ask that you do not bring any nuts or nut-containing items to camp. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe . My child has specific dietary requirement, can you provide lunch for my child? When completing the registration form please include in detail the specific dietary requirement and will ensure we can meet the needs of your child. What items does my child need to bring? -Mobile phones are not permitted -Please wear appropriate clothing for sports activities -Please bring a water bottle
