A summary
Our Summer holiday club is back again this August at Weymouth College, on the following dates;
Each day starts at 10am, and finishes at 2pm for collection.
Week 1) Aug 3rd - 6th
Week 2) Aug 10th- 13th
Week 3) Aug 17th- 20th
Week 4) Aug 24th - 27th
Each day is packed with fun, and physical exercise. A great way for children to gain confidence and make lots of new friends. Activities throughout the day include Airts & crafts, team games and challenges, dance, drama, tag rugby, dodgeball, cricket, rounders, visits from the well regarded Mini Professors, and Kinglsey McGregor's Ukulele Workshop, Dorset Councils Fun Bus to include Bouncy Castles etc .
Our holiday clubs have experienced and highly trained staff alongside a particular focus on fun, team work and confidence building to ensure your child has the best day with us! We look forward to seeing you.
You should have been given a HAF code from Dorset Council.
This holiday club is for children aged 5 - 14 years.
Participants who attend the course will be provided with a hot healthy lunch each day, with fruit snacks and water through the day.
If your child is in receipt of benefit related FSM (Free School Meals) they will be entitled to a FREE place on our holiday club. To be approved for a free place, you must enter the unique HAF code for your child, at the point of booking.

If you receive benefit related Free School Meals (FSM), before you book you need to make sure you have your child/s HAF code. If you don't have your HAF code yet, please search Dorset Council online. When you visit the Dorset council website type in 'Summer HAF' and click on the Holiday Activities and Foot (HAF) programme which will give detail about acquiring a HAF code for your child.
You will be sent a unique reference number from Dorset Council that you can enter on our booking form. Unfortunately we cannot approve bookings unless you have a HAF code, unless you either a young carer, a child at risk of exclusion or a family on a low income budget.
Our course is inclusive to all children and also available to paying families for £25 per day per child.
Once you have made your booking your information will be checked and approved by our admin team, pending all information submitted is correct. After your booking has been approved you will receive a booking confirmation with all the information you need. So please ensure that you have entered all the information required correctly. *Please make sure you enter your email address is submitted correctly, as you will not receive a booking confirmation and your child's/children's place will not be approved.
Please arrive at 9:45am for registration daily. The course sessions start at 10am and collection is at 2pm.
Children will need to bring suitable clothing for the weather on the day, including coats for poor weather, encase some of the sporting activities take place outside.
Your child will be provided with a healthy meal daily, snacks and drinks through out the day. Please ensure that your child brings a named drinks bottle to each session.
