A summary
This is a fun beginner’s level gymnastics day suitable for children who have little or no previous experience at gymnastics. The session will have a variety of different stations to try such as jumping, balancing as well as learning some basic shapes, stretches and rolls. No high-level movements will be a part of this session. Please ensure all children attending are wearing suitable clothing such as leggings and a t-shirt, please no jeans or skirts/dresses. Please ensure they will have plenty of water to drink with them. Parents/cares must stay with them throughout. Run by a qualified sports leader/ beginner level gymnastics coach. Why not make it a full day out and book in for a free swimming and/or Play world session as well as joining us in the cafe for a free healthy lunch per child per day.

To help us achieve this mission, we manage over 220 leisure and cultural centres across the UK in partnership with more than 60 different local authorities, including Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre.

This includes: Tuna mayo, cheese, or ham sandwich Water or a juice carton A packet of crisps Fresh fruit or a fruit bag A fat free yoghurt or mini Nestle bar Please choose your choice of sandwich on the booking form. *only one meal per child per day to be taken.
When you arrive
When you arrive, please give your name to the receptionist, who will tick you off on the register. All children must be accompanied by an adult. There is no charge for accompanying adults. Adults do not need to book.
