What we'll do
Come and explore our amazing multi-tier soft play structure with a host of fun activities! Book a free HAF ticket for each child. Adults do not require a ticket but they must be present to supervise. Junior Play Area for 5-12 year olds This play area is suitable for children 5 – 12 years and consists of three fantastic tiers of crawl tubes, scramble nets, a 4 four lane Astro slide, climbing wall, football zone, ball pool with ball shower, ball cannon zone, aerial glide and much more! Under 5’s Play Area We have a designated play area for our younger children which includes our baby area. There is a unique soft play frame especially scaled down containing slides, crawl tubes, an interactive piano, trike area and ball pool all designed to encourage imaginative play. Why not book a free swim in our 25 metre main swimming pool? Come for a swim, have a free healthy lunch, and then enjoy your Playworld session.

30 Minutes of Activity 5 Times a Week
Part of Sports and Leisure Management Ltd, we are the longest-established leisure contractor in the UK, having been founded in 1987. We are called Everyone Active for a reason: we have made it our mission to encourage everyone we come into contact with to participate in at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity, either in one of our centres or via online training, five times per week. To help us achieve this mission, we manage over 220 leisure and cultural centres across the UK in partnership with more than 60 different local authorities, including Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre.

Free healthy lunch
We can also provide a healthy lunch before your Playworld session. This includes: Tuna mayo, cheese, or ham sandwich Water or a juice carton A packet of crisps Fresh fruit or a fruit bag A fat free yoghurt or mini Nestle bar Please choose your choice of sandwich on the booking form. *only one meal per child per day to be taken. Why not combine this with a free swim before lunch?
When you arrive
When you arrive, please give your name to the receptionist, who will tick you off on the register. All children must be accompanied by an adult. There is no charge for accompanying adults. Adults do not need to book.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require funds and therefore do not include a cancellation fee. However we do run a cancellation policy. If you are no longer able to attend we ask that you cancel your booking before 8:30am on the day of the activity. Failure to do so will result in a penalty and multiple penalties will result in a temporary booking ban.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
