A summary
The Extra Yard is bringing its fun, energetic coaching sessions to the holiday activity programme, giving children the chance to enjoy a fantastic experience based around movement, games, fitness and confidence-building. These sessions are designed to be welcoming, inclusive and engaging for all abilities, helping children stay active, make friends and enjoy trying something new in a positive and supportive environment. Through a mix of fun activities, team challenges and structured coaching, children will develop coordination, confidence, listening skills and a love of being active.
