Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Persistent 'no shows' on 2 or more occasions, and no communication, will result in remaining sessions being cancelled.
It is vital that parents record all SEN details to ensure we have sufficient staff to support their child.
Please note all dietary requirements. Our aim is to adhere to the HAF healthy eating ethos as far as possible. If your child has particular needs, it would be helpful to discuss them before the booking is confirmed.
