Join us for an exciting and empowering experience at our 3-day Girls Swim and Sports Camp! Designed for girls aged 9-16, this dynamic camp blends fun, fitness, and skill-building in a supportive environment. You will enjoy engaging netball sessions, where they’ll learn teamwork, coordination, and game strategies. Our gym circuits are packed with energetic workouts that improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Plus, a daily swimming lesson cater to all skill levels, helping girls gain confidence and develop strong aquatic skills under the guidance of qualified instructors. It’s the perfect mix of sports, fitness, and fun—building friendships and healthy habits that last a lifetime! PLEASE NOTE: This is a 3-day camp, all participants must commit to attend all 3-days 09:00 - 13:00. You cannot part attend this event. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please ensure comfortable clothing is worn for sports activities Wear close toed shoes - no crocs, sandals, or flip flops - you will not be able to participate in the activities without close toed shoes Towels Swimwear Optional change of clothes for after swimming £1 coin for lockers Water bottles There are no hair drying facilities at the centre please bring towels
