A summary
Through out the the days of activities young people will be able to try various Paddlesports, these will include Kayaking, Canoeing and Paddleboarding on the river Lea, learning about safety around the water the river, and its environment whilst playing fun games on the water Leaside also has a fleet of Mountain bikes so going for a bike ride will be another activity to take part in, riding along the Lea Valley, walthamstow and Hackney Marshes we can ride for long periods away from any roads setting the level of the ride to the abilty of the group.

Here at Leaside we provide fun, enjoyable outdoor adventurous activities for the local community, come and join us for a mixture of Paddle Sports, all-Terrrain cycling and environmental education. we work with all ages from 8 years and up, providing public sessions, holdiay activities and group bookings.

Drop off/pick up location and kit information
Please arrive at Leaside 10 minutes before your session time, pick up will be at 3:30pm from Leaside, please inform staff on drop off if the young person is making there own way home. when attending the session please, ensure the young person wears suitable clothing for the weather conditions on the day they may get wet or muddy. tracksuits or shorts are ideal and old trainers, please bring a change of clothes and a towel including footwear to change into at the end of the day or incase you do get wet on activities.

participents will gain a better knowledge around water safety, more confidence around water and the skills/abilty to maneuver the crafts on the water,
Aim 2
young people will improve cycling skills and learn about cycle safety and basic maintenance
