A summary
Trails & Teamwork: Cycling, Hiking and Outdoor Games Join us every Tuesday for an exciting day of cycling, nature exploration, and team sports! Depending on ability and preference, young people can choose between cycling adventure trails or supported nature walks through some of Northamptonshire’s most scenic green spaces. Our trained staff will guide small groups along accessible tracks and woodland paths, encouraging confidence, independence, and fun in the outdoors. In the afternoon, we wind down with inclusive team sports and group games, giving everyone a chance to connect, collaborate, and enjoy friendly physical activity in a supportive environment. It’s a fantastic way to stay active, discover new places, and enjoy nature—while building fitness, friendships, and confidence along the way.

Grow Wild Outreach
Outdoor Adventures for Every Ability
Grow Wild Outreach offers fun, inclusive holiday activities for young people with disabilities, all based in the great outdoors. Everything we do happens outside, with transport provided from local pick-up points to a different exciting outdoor location each day. Our activities include river clearing, cycling, food growing, community gardening, outdoor sports, and even an introduction to water sports! Led by experienced staff, our sessions are designed to be supportive, engaging, and confidence-boosting—giving young people the chance to explore nature, make new friends, and enjoy active, meaningful experiences during the school holidays.
Pick up and drop off
This activity takes place at different outdoor locations across Northamptonshire, so we provide transport to keep it simple and accessible for families. Our team will meet all participants at 9:00am at the Racecourse Pavilion, Kettering Rd, Northampton NN1 4LG where our minibus will be ready to go. We’ll return to the same location for pick-up at 3:00pm. This shared meeting point helps us bring the group together before heading out to explore the countryside and riverside sites that make this programme so special. If you have any questions or would like to talk more about your child’s needs, please get in touch with Grow Wild Outreach—we’re happy to help! info@growwild.life
