A Journey to Well-Being :) Great opportunity for girls to learn and develop self-esteem. Working on mental health wellbeing. We focus on positive mental health and personal growth and healthy eating. Whether you're looking to strengthen your mental well-being, make new friends, or simply have an unforgettable time, ENGAGE! is the perfect place to recharge, learn, and have fun! This camp is designed to help girls flourish by building resilience, self-awareness, and a positive mindset in a supportive and energetic environment through Kick boxing and Dance with confidence building flourish activities with nutritional advice.
