A summary
Get Outdoors sessions deliver engaging and fun activities, such as outdoor games and arts & crafts, all whilst enjoying our amazing outdoor space at The Goldcrest Project. Our sessions are created to give all the opportunity to grow and develop, while also nurturing their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Involve Active specializes in working with young people and adults with additional needs and will tailor our sessions to support your young person to achieve the best out of our sessions. A FREE healthy snack will be included . Sessions are £5 per person/Per Session Places are available for ages 8-16 years old & 16+ with SEND. Once we receive your booking you will be contacted for further information and risk assessment to be completed over the phone(if needed) . Minibus pick ups are available from schools in Lowestoft only. Please book a minibus pick up ticket and let us know which school to collect from. Please note that parent/carers will need to collect from The Goldcrest project , Chapel Road , Rushmere NR34 7UU at 6pm. Ear defenders and a quiet space available if needed. Parent/carers are not required to attend with the service user, however we understand that for some this might be necessary to support the young person in transitioning to attend alone. Please book a free carers ticket if you will need to attend with your young person. Those already known to us are welcome to just book a ticket. If we do not already know the service user, you will need to contact the office on 01502 501542 or info@involveactive.co.uk to complete an application form Please note that the Bonus Family session dates will be listed separately and so will need to be booked separately.
