Love football? Then this is the camp for you! Our popular Football Camp at Geddington Cricket Club offers a fantastic opportunity for children to spend their summer playing the game they love. Led by our experienced coaching team, each day includes skill development, fun challenges, tournaments, small-sided games and plenty of match play. Whether your child is taking their first steps in football or already plays for a team, our sessions are designed to help every player improve, build confidence and make new friends in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Expect lots of football, plenty of smiles and a summer to remember!

Five Star Skills provide high quality, engaging sports and wellbeing provisions for children of all abilities from EYFS right through to KS2. We achieve this through Sports Clubs, PE curriculum delivery, Holiday Camps and Parties.
What To Expect
Each day is carefully planned to provide a fun, active and engaging football experience for every child. Activities will include: • Ball mastery and individual skills development • Dribbling, passing, shooting and defending practices • 1v1, 2v2 and small-sided games • Team challenges and competitions • Mini tournaments and match play • Goal-scoring and skills challenges • Fun football-themed games and activities • Opportunities to develop teamwork, confidence and communication skills Sessions will be adapted to suit the age and ability of the group, ensuring every child is appropriately challenged and supported. Our focus is on creating a positive environment where children can improve their football skills, stay active, make friends and have fun.
Learning aims
Aim 1
Develop Football Skills Children will improve their core football skills, including dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and ball control.
Aim 2
Build Confidence and Resilience Children will be encouraged to challenge themselves, try new skills and learn from mistakes in a positive environment.
Aim 3
Work Effectively with Others Children will learn the importance of teamwork, communication and respect through small-sided games and team activities.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.If you need to cancel or your child cannot attend, please contact us and cancel your booking on EEQU as soon as possible so the space can be offered to another family. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage places fairly for all families. We aim to create a fun, safe and positive environment where every child can enjoy taking part. We expect all children to show kindness, respect and teamwork towards others. Our coaches will always use encouragement and positive reinforcement first, but if behaviour becomes unsafe or repeatedly disruptive, we may contact parents or carers to discuss next steps. We want every child to feel valued and supported — our goal is for everyone to leave with a smile and great memories.
