What we'll do
Pony Camp – Session Plan (11:00 am – 3:00 pm) Theme: Connect, Learn & Play with Our Ponies 11:00 – 11:15 am | Arrival & Welcome A warm welcome to Pony Camp! Meet the team and your new pony friends. We’ll go through a short safety chat, learn names, and get ready for a fun day together. 11:15 – 12:00 pm | Meet & Connect with the Ponies Time to get hands-on! Brush your pony, learn how they communicate, and build trust through calm and kind interaction. 12:00 – 12:45 pm | Teamwork & Stable Care Work together to help care for the ponies — topping up hay, filling water buckets, and keeping the yard tidy. Learn about responsibility, teamwork, and how to care for animals. 12:45 – 1:15 pm | Lunch & Chill Time Relax and enjoy your lunch with friends. A chance to share stories, laugh, and talk about what you’ve learned so far. 1:15 – 2:15 pm | Outdoor Adventure & Team Challenge Let’s get exploring! Join in fun outdoor activities — pony walks, nature hunts, or teamwork games that build confidence and connection with nature. 2:15 – 2:45 pm | Calm & Connect Session Wind down with gentle grooming, reflection, and mindfulness activities. A peaceful time to say thank you to your pony and feel calm after a busy day. 2:45 – 3:00 pm | Celebration & Farewell Gather together to celebrate your achievements! Share your favourite moments, receive your Pony Camp certificates or stickers, and say goodbye (for now!) to your pony pals.

Fun 4 Families
MAKING MEMORIES TO LAST A LIFETIME
Fun 4 Families UK CIC is a community organisation committed helping those in need while advocating for fair and equal conditions for everybody in the local area. We are driven by our passion to help, so we always work hard in our efforts to build a better future for our members and support our local communities. We partner with several non-profit institutions to better perform our community responsibilities. We are dedicated to improving accessible social interaction and memory making of everyone in our society. As a socially responsible service provider, we endeavour to reach out to as many people as we can. To do this, we take great strides to ensure we are well-trained and continuously seeking further enhancement in our own knowledge so we can provide help through meaningful activities that will improve friendships, bring families together and support those who are in need and empower them to better themselves. We encourage volunteering for those who also want to build their confidence and help those work towards qualifications that could assist movement into employment. We are also open to working with people who want to get involved in ways beyond physical volunteering. We are very aware that not all disabilities are visable .
Learning aim
Aim 1
Learning Aims – Pony Camp (Parent-Friendly Version) Our Pony Camp isn’t just about riding — it’s about learning, growing, and connecting in a calm, supportive environment. Each day brings new adventures and gentle lessons that go far beyond the stable yard. Confidence & Calm: Through time spent with our horses, children learn to manage emotions, build self-belief, and find their inner calm. Teamwork & Friendship: Working together in small groups helps build communication, cooperation, and lasting friendships. Responsibility & Care: From grooming to feeding, children gain a sense of pride and purpose through hands-on horse care. Exploring the Outdoors: Encouraging fresh air, movement, and an appreciation for the natural world all around us. Resilience & Growth: Every challenge, big or small, becomes a chance to learn, adapt, and shine. Our aim is for every child to leave Pony Camp a little more confident, connected, and proud of what they’ve achieved — both in and out of the saddle.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
