A summary
Fuelled Boys’ Program (Ages 11-16) Join us this Easter for fun, energetic Fuelled fitness sessions designed especially for young people aged 11–16. These engaging sessions combine gym-based activities, team challenges and healthy lifestyle education in a supportive and inclusive environment. Each session includes a variety of strength, cardio and team-based activities led by a qualified Personal Trainer and supported by trained staff. Young people will work in small groups to build confidence, improve fitness and develop teamwork skills while having fun and staying active. Participants will also receive a healthy meal that meets School Food Standards, along with opportunities to learn about nutrition, hydration and healthy habits to support an active lifestyle. Sessions are open to up to 20 young people per session, including funded places through the Fuelled programme. All abilities are welcome – no gym experience is needed, just come ready to move, try something new and have fun!

The MoveMENt with New Beginnings CIC is a community-focused organization dedicated to improving mental and physical well-being. We provide personalized support through funded one-to-one personal training, counselling packages, and inclusive community programs. Our initiatives—such as Fuelled Sessions, Walk & Talk events, and Health & Hijabs—promote physical activity, mental health, and social connection. We aim to reduce isolation, break down barriers, and empower individuals to live healthier, happier lives.
What we'll do
Fuelled Easter 2026 Each session, participants will engage in a balanced mix of fitness activities and nutrition sessions, designed to improve physical health, encourage teamwork, and develop healthy eating habits. Sessions are fun, hands-on, and tailored to all ability levels to ensure every young person feels confident and supported.
