What we'll do
Tuesday 3rd October session is for ages 5-8 Tuesday 10th October session is for ages 9-12 Tuesday 17th October session is for ages 5-8 Tuesday 31st October session is for ages 9-12 Session start at 10am. Pick up is 2pm Please click the link and select the dates you would like to book onto. Once you have booked I will contact you via text and send you information on how to confirm your booking. Cost of each session is £15 per child There are limited spaces for each session at 12 children only. Children will meet at Tandle Hill car park and will discover different parts of the country park. We will be walking up to the summit for great views (without the hard work, take the short cut!) During the 4 hours we will play traditional outdoor forest school games and pick up some skills along the way. Each session will have a FS focus such as dens and knots, foraging, wildlife, nature art etc We will also break for lunch, Children will bring their own packed lunch and water bottle. Toilet access will be limited to start and end of the session but where possible children can go in between session. Otherwise wild wees will be encouraged. Each month location for sessions will differ. October will be Tandle Hill. If your child has any additional/special needs please call me and we can have a chat about how and if I can cater for them. I have vast experience with special needs but due to the nature of outdoor sessions sometimes it is not possible. *Any medical/allergies issues or special diets need to be stated and made clear beforehand as sometimes there will be cooking around a fire and more than often we will enjoy hot chocolate* Children are expected to wear waterproofs if it is raining and wet. I do have spares but these need to be requested beforehand. For the younger group sessions ages 5-8 Parents can accompany children for part of the session or the full day.
