What we'll do
Forest Families staff will be supervising children on an activities day at the scout centre of Blackwell Adventure on Pikes Pool Lane. Activities include Archery, Zip Wiring & Crate stack, as well as a walk to the beacon and picnic lunch all provided by Forest Families! Parents are welcome to watch or children can be left with our staff, who will meet you at the car park at 9am ready for activities to start at 9:30am. Collection will be at 2pm. Please send children in comfortable clothing and shoes.

I am the Owner and Manager of Forest Families, with over 10 years’ experience as a qualified Forest School Leader. I am also a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Paediatric First Aider, Autism Aware practitioner and experienced SEND support worker. I am passionate about creating inclusive, nurturing outdoor spaces where children feel safe, valued and free to be themselves. I bring energy, warmth and kindness to my work, and love helping children grow in confidence through play, exploration and connection with nature.
