⚽ Football Development Day AFC Sudbury | Ages 11–14 Take your game to the next level at our Football Development Day at AFC Sudbury, designed specifically for ambitious players aged 11–14 who are serious about improving. This focused, high-quality training day is perfect for young footballers who want to sharpen their technique, build confidence and develop a deeper understanding of the game in a professional and supportive environment. Players will work on: ⚽ Position-specific technical development ? Ball mastery and decision-making under pressure ?️ Attacking and defending principles ? Structured small-sided and conditioned games to replicate real match scenarios ? Finishing drills and competitive challenges Our experienced coaches provide detailed coaching points, individual feedback and encouragement throughout the day — helping players grow both on and off the pitch. Lunch Your Child will be provided with a healthy packed lunch if your select that option or you can choose for them to bring their own lunch (no nut products please) A named water bottle, plus extra drinks if needed (no fizzy or energy drinks — water refills available) What to Wear Players must arrive dressed appropriately for outdoor football, including: Suitable training wear Clean football boots (moulded or blades only — no metal studs, trainers or astro shoes) Shin pads (strongly advised) Weather-appropriate items (sun hat and sun cream in hot weather, rain jacket if needed) If your child does not have football boots, please contact us with their shoe size and we will do our best to source a pair for the day.
