Terms and Conditions

As part of our commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable environment, we ask that you familiarise yourself with our Code of Conduct and Late Collection Policy (will be emailed prior to the club srating). These guidelines ensure that everyone involved has a positive experience and understands the expectations during Holiday Club.

If your child is unable to attend, please call us on 01772 428086 to report the absence. Due to limited spaces and our commitment to maintaining the staff-to-child ratio, we are unable to offer refunds or transfer bookings if your child is unable to attend. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we genuinely empathise with any inconvenience this policy may cause. However, it is necessary to ensure that we can consistently deliver a safe, high-quality experience for all the children enrolled. Additionally, when a booking is made, it occupies one of the limited spots, which we reserve specifically for your child. If a spot goes unfilled due to a cancellation, it impacts our ability to provide our services to other families who wanted to attend.

While we do our best to keep everything safe and sound, we can’t guarantee against loss or damage to personal items or clothing. We recommend labelling belongings to help them find their way back home!

Thank you once again for entrusting us with your child’s holiday adventure. We’re looking forward to a fantastic time together!
