Norman Price is determined to win the Pontypandy Treasure Hunt, but when he discovers clues to a real pirate treasure, he goes exploring deep into the caves. It’s up to Fireman Sam, Elvis and Ellie to save the day and find the treasure. What time should I arrive? The theatre and bar will open 1 hour before the performance. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show starts to allow plenty of time to find your seats. Is parking available? Yes, free parking is available on site for all visitors. Can I buy extra tickets? If you would like to purchase additional tickets beyond your HAF allocation, please email reception@lighthousetheatre.co.uk and our team will be happy to help. Do children need to be accompanied? Yes. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The Lighthouse Theatre is not a childcare facility, and parents/carers remain fully responsible for the safety, supervision and behaviour of the children in their party throughout their visit. Can I take photos or record the performance? No. Photography, video recording and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the performance out of respect for the performers and audience members. What happens if I arrive late? Latecomers may not be admitted immediately. Entry will only be permitted at a suitable break in the performance, where possible. Is there an interval? Yes. The performance is expected to be presented in two 45-minute halves with an interval. Can I bring food and drink into the auditorium? Only food and drinks purchased at the theatre may be taken into the auditorium. Please help us keep the venue clean by disposing of any rubbish responsibly. Is the venue accessible? The Lighthouse Theatre offers accessible facilities. If you have any specific access requirements, please contact us before your visit so we can ensure you have the best possible experience. Do I need my tickets with me? Yes, please have your tickets ready on arrival, either printed or on your mobile device, to help speed up entry. Who can I contact if I have a question?
