Drop-off & Collection Please drop off and collect your child at the main school gate. If the gates are closed when you arrive, call us on 07778 707546 and a staff member will assist you. We kindly ask that you queue with your child during check-in, as we may need to pass on important information. What to Bring Essentials: Refillable water bottle and a healthy snack Clothing: Weather-appropriate clothes such as hats, joggers, wellies, and waterproofs

FAQ's - Camps
1. Where do I drop off and pick up my child? Drop-off and collection take place at the main school gate. If the gates are closed when you arrive, please call us on 07778 707546 and a staff member will assist you. Please queue with your child during check-in in case we need to pass on any important information. 2. Do I need to bring a drink and snack for my child? Yes, please. Ensure your child has a labelled water bottle and a healthy snack. 3. Do I need to drop my child off at the register point? Yes, all children must be dropped off at our designated sign-in desk. A parent or guardian must sign them in with a staff member for safeguarding and registration purposes. 4. Does medication need to be labelled? Yes, all medication must be clearly labelled. You’ll also be asked to complete a medication form, which will be valid only for the duration of the camp. 5. What should I do if my child no longer needs their space? Please cancel your booking as soon as possible so we can offer the space to another child. Help us avoid wasting a free HAF-funded place. 6. What if my child is sick and can't attend? Please text 07778 707546 to let us know. This helps us keep accurate attendance records and meet HAF and Ofsted requirements. 7. Is this booking for football or the general kids camp? During the booking process, you’ll be asked to select the camp type. If your child wants to swap, this can only be done at drop-off for registration purposes. 8. My child loved camp—can I book extra days? That’s great to hear! If spaces are available, log in to your account and book more days. At drop-off, please inform staff of your child’s lunch choice, as the online lunch form will close from 25/07/25. 9. There are no more free spaces left — do you have any paid spaces available?
