A summary
Give your child a festive break to remember at Layfield Primary School! Our holiday club runs 22, 23, 29 & 30 December, 10am–2pm, for children aged 4.5–11. Each day is bursting with Christmas energy and hands-on fun. Children will dive into festive baking and cooking, create Christmas cards and crafts, enjoy face painting, and take part in a variety of engaging activities that keep them excited from start to finish. We also offer a strong mix of dance, hockey, golf, boxing, and age-specific team games. Children are grouped by age so that they can learn at the right pace, build skills confidently, and enjoy plenty of teamwork and friendly competition. The focus is always on fun, progression, and making children feel great about being active. Every child receives a hot, healthy meal each day, with fresh fruit, milk, and water available throughout. It’s a balanced, festive programme that brings together creativity, movement, skill-building, and plenty of Christmas spirit—delivered by a supportive, experienced team who make every child feel included and excited to return. Spaces are limited —so book early to secure your child’s place.

Georgina
Sports Coach
I have always had a passion for sport, I ran competitively in the 400m, aswell as many other athletic events for a decade of my life. I enjoy playing netball and participating regularly in fitness classes and attending the gym. I enjoy coaching and encouraging children to take part in sport, as well teaching them new skills because these are positive traits they can take across all areas of their life.
