Free Summer Holiday fun. Join us for a fun family day, for football, tennis, rounders, archery, fitness, garden games and crafts. Free softs drink and snacks for all the family! All children must be accompanied by an adult. Remember to pack a drink, hat and suncream as this session takes place outside. Booking via EEQU for the first time? Active Hastings
Physical activity sessions for everyone!
Active Hastings is an externally funded partnership project between Hastings Borough Council and East Sussex County Council Public Health. We have been working in partnership since 2006 to give local residents easy, fun ways to get their everyday dose of physical activity. It only takes 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity each week for adults and 60 minutes every day for children to benefit your health, both mental and physical. You can even break it down into 10 minute slots! All of our team are experienced sports coaches, fitness instructors and play workers, who are passionate about working with people of all ages in Hastings and St Leonards. We run free or low cost sessions throughout the year, as well as holiday activities as part of the Holiday Activity and Food programme.
