Family Fit Fun - Intergenerational Class block mentored by Sue Hull
What we'll do
A circuit based class designed for you to work in pairs. Two ticket types, MAKE SURE you buy the correct ticket. A £5 (plus booking fee) ticket entitles 1x adult plus one child age between 8-16. (Your child must be accompanied by an adult in the class). A £4 ticket is for senior adults only (bring the grandparents!). You are not competing against other families, just having fun working together around a circuit. Wear gym kit & bring water. This is, after all, an exercise class! It is not a playgroup, you will both be getting a workout! Music will be fun and loud and appropriate for ages. Suitable for ADHD warriors too! Beat the Sunday afternoon slump, come and work up an appetite and get the whole family into exercise in a fun way.

I care deeply about making people feel better about themselves physically and psychologically. I'm probably a bit too enthusiastic sometimes!
