What we'll do
Active Families North East are excited to offer festive fun at our FabYULEous Active Camp – Top Club!!! Children aged 5-11 years can take part in free play, arts & crafts, Christmas charades, Santa Says, PJ's & film party, NERF battles, Christmas silent disco, Curious Creators (STEM) activities, dodgeball, football, mindfulness, yoga, outdoor walks, nutrition activities and more! Nutritious, delicious hot meals, snacks and drinks provided. HAF eligibility applies.

Active Families North East (AFNE) is a community interest company supporting children, young people, and families across the North East to lead healthier, more active lives. Our children and young people’s offer includes school-based sessions, after school clubs, and holiday programmes, including HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) funded activities. In schools, we deliver engaging sessions such as Boxercise, Dance, Yoga, and themed health education workshops. After school clubs focus on fun, inclusive physical activity to improve fitness and wellbeing. During school holidays, AFNE provides free HAF sessions that include sports, games, creative activities, and nutritious meals. These sessions often feature weekly themes, hot food, snacks, and take-home recipe bags to support healthy eating at home. Our programmes are designed to boost physical health, confidence, and social skills, ensuring every child has the opportunity to be active and thrive, regardless of background or ability.
