Fit 4 Future is delighted to offer an action-packed Summer HAF Programme filled with exciting activities, new experiences and unforgettable summer fun for children aged 5-11. Each day begins with energetic fitness sessions before children enjoy a range of sports and team games, including football, dodgeball, archery, parachute games, water games (optional), water sports challenges, fun competitions and friendly tournaments that build confidence, teamwork and participation.
Children can also get creative through themed Arts & Crafts, summer-themed baking, musical games, quizzes, board games, performing arts activities and a lively talent show.
Nutritional workshops and enrichment activities will inspire learning in a fun and interactive way.
With the warmer weather, children can cool off and enjoy a variety of exciting water-based activities, adding even more fun, laughter and adventure to their summer experience. Our inclusive multi-activity programme gives children the opportunity to stay active, make new friends, develop new skills, create lasting summer memories in a safe and welcoming environment.
Fit 4 Future is committed to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Our mainstream provision is designed for children with low to medium level SEND needs, and we make reasonable adjustments to activities to ensure all children can participate and enjoy their experience. Our experienced staff work closely with families to understand individual needs and identify any support required. Activities can be adapted to suit different abilities, staff receive appropriate training and guidance to support a range of additional needs. We aim to provide a positive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Children will also receive a delicious, hot and nutritious meal each day, ensuring they stay energised and ready to make the most of every activity. Join this summer for days filled with adventure, creativity, friendship, water-filled fun & excitement!

Fit 4 Future Foundation is a UK registered charity since 2016. The charity was formed to develop and protect the physical and mental health, including social wellbeing of children and young people based in local communities across Greater London. We have been running successful free holiday activities programmes across London for the past 3 years. We pride ourselves on providing high quality childcare, excellent fun entertainment for children, a place for young people to be active and play sport, and in addition to this we provide our children with hot nutritious meals.
