What we'll do

Our HAF sessions in Staveley offer fun-filled holiday activities designed to give young people a safe, welcoming place to spend time, try new things and make friends. Each session includes a hot meal, snacks and a wide choice of engaging activities so young people can follow their interests and build confidence at their own pace. Options range from creative experiences like arts and crafts, jewellery making, baking, cooking and sewing to energetic activities such as circus skills (juggling, unicycling, acrobatics), sports, rounders, wide games and group challenges. Sessions are delivered by qualified youth workers from Young People of Staveley, who create a supportive, inclusive environment where every young person feels valued, encouraged and able to have fun while developing new skills.

Our service aims to promote the physical and social-emotional wellbeing of young people, through a range of programmes and projects linking them up with their communities. We use social circus as a platform to empower and engage young people while providing support from qualified youth workers. We also facilitate the ideas of young people by training them in project management and leadership.
