A summary

Looking for a fun, active, and meaningful way to keep your child engaged? Our Warrior Games camps are designed for children aged 5–11 and combine exciting martial arts-inspired activities with obstacle courses, pad work, BlazePod agility games, team challenges, creative crafts, and age-appropriate personal safety. Every session is led by qualified, caring instructors who support each child to build confidence, coordination, focus, and resilience—all in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment. It’s a brilliant way for kids to stay active, learn valuable life skills, and have a blast over the holidays!

We provide world-class karate tuition, inspiring fitness workouts, health, and self-defence training for members of all ages at venues across West Cumbria. We also offer dedicated personal safety and violence prevention workshops, including ladies-only and juniors-only courses. Additionally, we provide personal training, bespoke events, and consultancy services for schools, social groups, and corporate clients. Additional Information

What to wear? Wear some comfy clothes that are good for physical activity, such as leggings/jogging bottoms/shorts/t-shirt/hoodies/trainers. What to bring? Bring a drink (no fizzy drinks or energy drinks please). You may also wish to bring along some healthy snacks for break times. A hot lunch is included each day, but if your child is a picky eater, then you might want to pack some extra food just in case.

Learning aims

Aim 1

Children will build confidence, focus, and teamwork skills by engaging in positive group activities that promote respect, resilience, and a growth mindset.

Aim 2

Children will develop physical skills such as balance, coordination, agility, and reaction time through karate techniques, structured games and movement challenges.

Aim 3

Children will gain a better understanding of personal safety and self-awareness, including how to identify risks, set boundaries, and seek help when needed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel more than two weeks before the start to receive a full refund.We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel your child’s place at one of our Warrior Games camps, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp date will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp date are non-refundable, but we may offer a transfer in exceptional circumstances if spaces are available. Non-attendance without notice is not eligible for a refund or transfer. Free or funded bookings do not require refunds, but since places are limited, please let us know if your child can no longer attend so we can offer the place to another child. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
